Jacqueline and the entire staff up to the owner of the facility were the best and truly amazing! They truly want to make sure you do not worry about a thing. They helped with any request I had with no hesitation. I never felt rushed. They took care of us in this time of sorrow and heaviness. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would, maybe even a million. That’s how incredible this funeral home and their staff are. From the moment my sister passed, they showed our family nothing but compassion, patience, and grace. Every single concern we had was listened to, and every detail was handled with such professionalism. From the very first meeting, they took their time to explain everything to us clearly, step by step, so we always felt comforted, supported, and in control during such a heartbreaking time.

The staff were gentle, thoughtful, and so kind. Even my nieces and nephews were cared for, something I never expected but will never forget. They provided crayons and paper to keep them busy, and it was such a sweet gesture that showed their thoughtfulness extended not just to the adults, but to the children who were also grieving. It gave me such peace knowing my kids were considered and cared for, and never once did I feel judged or scolded for them being kids in such a heavy moment. That kindness truly helped me in my grieving process.

A special thank you to Mr. Medina, Jordan, and especially Jacqueline. Jacqueline consistently went above and beyond, always making sure my children were comfortable and always checking on us with such genuine care. But honestly, every single staff member was outstanding, each one of them made a lasting impression on us.

The service itself was flawless. The way they handled transferring my sister from the funeral home to the church and then to the cemetery was done with such dignity and professionalism. Every detail was seamless, and we never once had to worry about what would come next. They guided us gently every step of the way, and I will always be grateful for how much care they put into making everything run smoothly.

The pricing was fair, but what truly sets this funeral home apart is the people. They don’t just care for the one who has passed, they care for the family, too. They made us feel like we weren’t just another service, but like we were their family as well.

Forest Ridge did a wonderful job for our Mom. Brad, Dot and David were friendly, compassionate, helpful and very professional. This was not our first time to deal with a service for our family but it was our first time using Forest Ridge. We will definitely use them again. Thanks for all that you did for us.

Just wanted to express our appreciation for the way in which Forest Ridge handled our Aunt Betty's home-going.
The visitation was nice. Betty looked so good. The flowers were beautiful. The piano music was soothing. The Blue Bell cups of ice cream were an unexpected but extremely nice touch. Betty would have been pleased.
The graveside service in Beaumont was modest but lovely -- just like Betty. Cannot say enough about the job Brad did -- from his singing to the message he delivered. It was so fitting and just what the doctor ordered.
We are forever grateful for the attentive, thoughtful, and compassionate manner shown by you and your staff throughout.
