To lose a loved one can cause one to lose their focus and often leaves one not knowing how to adjust from this loss. If you or a loved one has experienced a recent loss, or one that took place years ago, the staff of Forest Ridge Funeral Home invites you to attend our Grief Support Series. Each of the series consist of weekly meetings for six weeks with the last meeting being a social event held at our funeral home.
Our grief support series will be conducted by well-known Certified Grief Counselor, DR. TONYA CUNNINGHAM, who speaks to not only the intellect but also the heart. Please take this opportunity to take a step towards grief recovery, and join with others who are on the journey.

DR. TONYA CUNNINGHAM
Grief Counselor, Life Coach, Speaker, Social Worker, Funeral Director and Author with Emphasis on loss and life transitions. She’s an adjunct at one of the nation’s top funeral service institutes. Currently, she retains the honor of being the first female President of Fort Worth/ Tarrant County Funeral Directors Association and serves as Bereavement Coordinator for a local hospice company.
