Somdeth Vongkhamchanh

Somdeth Vongkhamchanh, of Fort Worth, Texas, passed away on Friday, January 9, 2026, at the age of 48.

He was born on February 15, 1977, to Mone and Deaune Vongkhamchanh in Vientiane, Laos. 

Somdeth is preceded in death by his brother, Danny Vongkhamchanh. 

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Phayline Soundala; daughters, April Vongkhamchanh, Maya Vongkhamchanh; son, Bank Vongkhamchanh; parents, Mone and Deaune Vongkhamchanh; numerous other extended family members, and loving friends. 

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, January 17, 2026 at Forest Ridge Funeral Home, 8525 Mid Cities Blvd, North Richland Hills, Texas 76182. His witness cremation ceremony will immediately follow the conclusion of services in the chapel.
