Sharon Louise Guiry

Sharon Louise Guiry (née Dunbar), age 77, passed away peacefully on March 18, 2026, in Euless, Texas.

She was born on March 31, 1948, in Peterborough, Ontario, Canada, where she spent her early years before eventually making her way to California and later settling in Texas.

Sharon was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She is survived by her beloved husband, Richard L Guiry; her sons, Gregory P Guiry and Richard D Guiry; and her cherished grandchildren, Benjamin, Ariel, Stephen, Richard, Nicholas, Michael, Jonathan, and Gregory. She was preceded in death by her son, Stephen J Guiry.

Sharon retired from American Airlines, where she dedicated many years of service. She was a woman of faith and a member of the Catholic Church, holding her beliefs close throughout her life.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 9:15 AM at St. Michael Catholic Church in Bedford, Texas.

Sharon’s final resting place will be at St. Martin of Tours Parish Cemetery, 513 Ennis Road, Ennismore, Ontario. Her Rite of Committal will take place on April 25th at 3:30 PM, where she will be laid to rest.
