Ronald Harrison Taylor, 79, of Bedford, TX, passed away on September 27, 2021.
Ron was born in Fort Worth, TX, to William and Irma Taylor on February 24, 1942.
He went to school in Haltom City, TX.
He worked as a salesman for Kinney Shoes Store, and also as an insurance
salesman. Later in life, he owned a roofing company. He loved the Dallas
Cowboys, race cars, photography, fish, and Daylilies. He also traveled to every
state in the United States.
Ron is predeceased by his parents, William and Irma Taylor.
He is lovingly remembered by his daughter, Wendy; son-in-law, Rick; son, Monty;
brother, Donald and his wife Dana; and grandchildren, Dakota, Blain and his wife
Brianna, and Alaya.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, October 15, 2021 at Mount Olivet
Graveside, Spring Song, 2301 N. Sylvania Ave., Ft. Worth, TX, at 11:00am. Please
enter through the main gates for directions.
For further visitation we will gather at Sammie’s BBQ, 3801 E. Belknap St., Ft.
Worth, TX, following the Celebration of Life for those who wish to attend.
In lieu of flowers, we are remembering Ronald with a contribution to
Alzheimers.org.
