Rebecca Ann Meisch

Rebecca Ann Meisch, age 62, of Bedford, Texas, passed away Tuesday, October 6, 2020, at her residence. She was born March, 21, 1958, in Fort Worth, Texas, at St. Joseph Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Richard John Meisch, Sr. and Mary Ellen Byrne. 

Becky is survived by three sons and two daughters in law, Robert and Nikki Stroud of Azle, Texas, Jon and Vanessa Stroud of Georgetown, Texas, and David Stroud of Azle, Texas. She leaves behind four grandchildren she loved dearly, Will, Sam, Travis, and AnnaLynne, as well as one brother, Richard Meisch, Jr. his wife Nancy, and their sons Justin and Paul. She leaves many other family members and friends who will miss her greatly.

Becky enjoyed art, music, animals, Fort Worth, and spending time with friends and family. Throughout her youth, Becky was a talented ballet dancer and attended Richland High School as a teen.  As “Mimi”, she loved sitting on the back patio when her grandchildren were small, enjoying what she called “night noises”, and a holiday never passed where she didn’t provide them with “kid pickles”. Her lively spirit will live on through the little things we will all remember that made her her.

Memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, November 7, 2020, at Forest Ridge Funeral Home, with Stephen Bailey officiating.
