Niko Rey Vasquez was born on December 3, 2019, by Mother Chelsie Kale and Father Mark Vasquez, who he called his best friends. With a heavy heart we announce the passing of Niko on May 8, 2024. Niko brought immeasurable joy and light into our lives with his kind heart and radiant smile. Niko gave the best hugs. He would always try to squeeze us as hard as he could with every hug. He was a happy boy, and his heart was filled with love for his family who love him unconditionally.
Niko was a beautiful, intelligent, and charismatic young boy who enjoyed spending time with family and collecting bugs and rocks. Niko’s boundless curiosity and love for the outdoors left no rock unturned and no bug undiscovered. Niko had interest in construction vehicles, soccer, airplanes, and sharks. When Niko wasn’t outdoors, he enjoyed watching his favorite shows, Paw Patrol and Bluey. Niko has given us unfadeable memories that will be treasured and cherished, always.
Niko will forever be loved and missed by all. His light will forever shine within the lives he touched.
In honor of celebrating the light that Niko was to everyone, the family kindly asks that you wear bright colors instead of black to services on Friday.
If you wish, his family invites you to bring a small construction truck/toy or any small toy bugs as a token of your love to leave with Niko and his family.
