Misty Denise Martin

Misty Martin, 41, of Fort Worth, TX, left this world too soon on March 2, 2026. She was born on December 29, 1984, in Homer, Louisiana, to Dale and Tina Wheeler.

Misty was a devoted wife, loving mother, daughter, and friend whose kindness and warmth touched everyone who knew her. Misty married the love of her life, Jeff Martin, on April 16, 2021, and together they built a life centered around family, love, and support.

Misty had a successful career as a Vice President of Operations in the Bellaire multi-family industry, where she was respected for her leadership, dedication, and strong work ethic. Outside of her professional life, Misty had a deep passion for saltwater aquariums. Corals were her true specialty and something she cared for with incredible dedication. She took great pride in growing and maintaining beautiful coral reefs in her aquariums and loved sharing that passion and knowledge with others.

Above all, Misty loved her family. She cherished every moment spent with them and created countless memories that will live on in their hearts forever.

Misty is survived by her beloved husband, Jeff Martin, her children Madison, Jack, Melody and Tay, Brendan and Billie Martin; and her soon to be granddaughter, Baby Martin. She is also survived by her parents, Dale and Tina Wheeler; her sister Miranda Wheeler; and her brother, Joey Wheeler and his spouse Monica, along with many extended family members and friends who will deeply miss her.

Misty will be remembered for her strength, love for family, and the joy she brought to those around her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

A visitation for Misty will be held from 10:00-11:00am Friday, March 13, 2026 at Church at The Crossing 128 Elm St, Aledo, TX 76008, a funeral service will formally begin at 11:00am. Her graveside service will be at 1:00pm at Annetta Cemetery 2667 W FM 5, Aledo, TX 76008, with a luncheon following back at Church at The Crossing, where family and friends will get to continue to share memories and celebrate her life.
