Mary Stovall

Mary Stovall, 84, passed away on March 1, 2025, in Fort Worth, Texas. She was born on April 12, 1940, in Sulphur, Oklahoma, to Joseph and Jewel Hill.

Mary found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She had a deep love for reading, often immersing herself in books that transported her to different worlds. Fishing was another passion of hers, providing both relaxation and cherished moments spent outdoors. Her green thumb was evident in her love for gardening, where she nurtured plants with care and dedication.

She is survived by her daughters, JoLynn Abbot and Michelle Sutter, along with Michelle’s husband, Chuck Sutter. Mary also leaves behind her beloved grandchild, Stefany Brinlee, as well as great-grandchildren Kelsey Malm and Alyssa Brinlee. She was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers Dennis, Howard, and Bill Hill; and her son-in-law Robert Abbott.

Mary’s memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. May she rest in peace.
