Karl Michael Kaprelian

Karl Michael Kaprelian, 80, of Hurst, Texas passed away on September 23rd 2020.

Karl is survived by his wife Margaret, and sister Nancy Kaprelian/Dussenberry. He is also survived by his son Mike Kaprelian and wife Kristy, daughter Laura Vaughn and husband Micah, son Sean Kaprelian, daughter Hannah Kaprelian, Grandchildren Jade, Christian, Brandon, Angela, Malachi. Step-grandchildren Taylor, Maddie. Great-Grandson Judah.

Karl Kaprelian was born on October 21, 1939 in St. Louis, Missouri to parents Irene and Solomon. He graduated from Washington University with a degree in economics. In 1979, he moved to Hurst, Texas and accepted a position as a Special Investigator at Interstate Commerce Commission. He retired from the Federal Aviation Administration. In addition, he served as a Captain in the United States Army and served two tours in Vietnam.  

Karl was a wonderful husband and loving father. He married Margaret in 1968, they were married 52 years, and the couple had 4 children together. He was an active man who enjoyed gardening and singing and playing with his many grandchildren. His family and friends will always remember him as a loyal and faithful Godly man, who provided well for his family. Karl loved the Lord your God with his whole heart. He will be incredibly missed!
