Kaland Soum Siharath, passed away on May 26, 2026, in Fort Worth, TX at the age of 69. She was born on August 15, 1956, in Laos, to Khanha and Fong Saengvanhpheng.
Kaland began her career at Nokia production and later served as a lead supervisor at Tandy Electronics. Her passion for helping others led her to continue her education in the field of nursing, a profession where she excelled and made significant contributions.
Beyond her professional life, Kaland was an avid gardener. She had a particular talent for cultivating a variety of plants, from beautiful flowers to practical herbs and nutritious fruits and vegetables. Gardening was not just a hobby for her but a way of life that brought her immense joy and peace.
Kaland was known for her loving and caring nature. She was a maternal figure to all, never judging and always providing support and love to her family and those who had the privilege of knowing her.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 56 years, Bounthong (Tom ) Siharath; daughter, Ketmany and Jimmy Patrizi; sons, Bounsanong (Noy) Siharath, Bounpheng (Rick) Siharath; grandchildren, Jaime Patrizi, Pietra Patrizi, Kattanah Siharath, Angeline Siharath, Lorelie Siharath, Danika S. Siharath and her mother, Annie Siharath; parents, Khanha and Fong Saengvanhpheng; six sisters; three brothers; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and loving friends.
