Judith Ann "Judy" (Miller) Stanford

Judy Miller Stanford, of Hurst, TX passed away on Thursday January 15, 2026 at the age of 80.

She was born on November 6, 1945 in Jacksonville, TX to Clisto James Miller and Thelma Parsons Miller. 

Judy received her Bachelor's Degree from UNT, then went on to work many years for AT&T. She attended First United Methodist Church, in Hurst, Texas, and in her free time, she loved to spend time reading, playing board games with family and traveling to see the world. She was a loving mother, wife, grandmother and friend who will be deeply missed by everyone who knew and loved her.

She is preceded in death by her husband, John Stanford; parents, Clisto James Miller and Thelma Parson Miller.

Judy is survived by her grandchildren, Joshua Stanford, Natasha Jenkins; great-grandchildren, Ysabella Stanford, Alex Jenkins; cousin, Stephanie Parson-Quevedo; and numerous other family members, and loving friends. 

A visitation service will be held for Judy from 6-8pm Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at Forest Ridge Funeral Home 8525 Mid Cities Blvd, NRH, TX 76182. Her graveside service will be at 2pm Thursday, January 22, 2026, at Peebles Cemetery, 2873 FM 1988, Livingston, TX 77351.
