Jose Oscar Vargas

Jose Oscar Vargas, age 39, passed away on May 15, 2024, at his home. He was born on February 21, 1985, to Elvia and Antonio Vargas in Fort Worth, Texas. Jose was the younger brother of Jesus Vargas and Violeta Phillips, and the older brother of Jeanette Vargas and Tina Vargas.

Jose graduated from Pascal High School and built a successful career as a pillar leader at Check Point Software Technologies.

He enjoyed power runs between meetings and bonding with his daughter over her favorite K-Pop group. He was always forward-thinking, engaging in discourse with his son. Jose loved planning the next travel adventure or music event with his wife during their late-night Slurpee runs. He was known for his generosity and his unwavering commitment to his family.

Jose is survived by his wife, Marsella Vargas; his son, Jeremy Matthew Vargas; his daughter, Madison Andrea Vargas; his brother in law Michael Torres and the family pets, Daisy and Yoshi. They will continue to honor his legacy by grabbing life by the horns.

Era conocido por su generosidad y su inquebrantable compromiso a su familia.

A Jose le sobreviven su esposa, Marsella Vargas; su hijo, Jeremy Matthew Vargas; su hija, Madison Andrea Vargas; su cuñado, Michael Torres; y las mascotas de la familia, Daisy y Yoshi. Todos ellos continuarán honrando su legado aprovechando la vida al máximo.
