GeorgAnn “Doffing” Runyon, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, passed away on March 8, 2024. Born on March 24, 1953 in Wichita, Kansas. GeorgAnn was one of 13 children to George and Winifred Doffing. 

GeorgAnn was married to Danny Runyon for 21 years and mother to 4 children, Quinn Runyon, Amber “Runyon” McDanal, Aaron Runyon and Eric Runyon.  As a mother and wife, she embodied kindness, strength, and patience. Throughout her life, she touched the hearts of everyone she met with her warm personality and quick wit humor.

One of GeorgAnn’s happiest moments were as a grandmother to 8 grandkids, Alex Runyon, Josilyn Willett, Peyton McDanal, Baily McDanal, Carter McDanal, Makayla Runyon, and Ally Runyon. 

GeorgAnn was a sister to Marvin Doffing, Carolyn “Doffing” White, Dan Doffing, George Doffing, Charles Doffing, Richard Doffing, Janice “Doffing” Wilson, William Doffing, Donna “Doffing” Lea, Robert Doffing, Lori “Doffing” McCune, and Tina “Doffing” Rodd. 

At the time of her passing, GeorgAnn was a resident of Watauga, Texas where she worked for TTI.Inc.  When she was not spoiling her grandkids, she enjoyed curling up with a good book or cup of tea in her favorite chair.  She also enjoyed planting and pruning her flowers or plants that can be found all over her house. 

The funeral mass will be held at Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Church in Keller, Texas on Friday April 12th at 10:30 AM.  The interment of her ashes will be at Bear Creek Cemetery in Euless, Texas following the funeral mass.
