Elizabeth Anne Hickman

Betty Hickman, 84, of Hurst, TX, passed away on March 7, 2026. She was preceded in death by her parents, Howard A. Finch and Anna Louise Harrington, and by all of her siblings: Phil, Gary, Janice, Greta, and Nancy. She is survived by her loving husband, Peter Hickman; their three children, Patrick Hickman, Monica (Tim) Christensen, and Robert (Lori) Hickman; and five grandchildren, Madyson (Rox) Hilson, Marissa (William) Nibarger, Melaina Williams, Corbin Williams, and Rhett Hickman. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren, Maeve and Miles Nibarger, as well as their Lab, Buddey. Betty was born in Cortland Ville, NY, and proudly served in the United States Navy for over seven years. During her service, she met and married the love of her life, Peter. Married on July 7, 1967, they spent the next 59 years together in Syracuse, NY and Hurst, TX.
