Beatrice Lupe Garcia Collins, 81, of Euless, Texas, passed away on March 25, 2026, surrounded by her family. She was born on November 12, 1944, in Adrian, Michigan to Carlos Garcia and Antonia Arredondo. She married Darryl L. Collins on April 20, 1968 in Adrian, Michigan. She earned her associates degree from Siena Heights College in Adrian Michigan and retired from the accounting department at Allstate Insurance Company.
She was a member of St. Michael’s Catholic Church where she was active with the Church prayer group. She was a wonderful mother and wife who always put the needs of others before her own. Her faith in God was the most important constant throughout her life. She enjoyed making everyone around her laugh and always said exactly what she was thinking.
She is survived by her husband Darryl Collins, children, Scott Collins, Jim Collins and wife Stacy Collins, Lee Collins, and Cathie Piontek and husband Lawrence Wilson, Grandchildren John Love-Piontek, Antonia Wilson, and Michael Collins, and siblings, Martha Lulham, Esther Galambos, Teresa Alcala and husband Ralph Alcala, Elvira Torres and Husband Joe Torres, David Garcia, Magdalena Cuellar and husband James Cuellar, and Margaret Jaimes and husband Robert Jaimes.
She is preceded in death by her brother Charles Garcia. Her viewing will take place on April 16, 2026 at Forest Ridge Funeral home in North Richland Hills, Texas at 6 pm. Her funeral mass will take place at St. Michael’s Catholic Church on April 17, 2026 at 10 am, luncheon at 11 am. Her burial will be at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery at 1 pm. Flowers are welcome; donations may also be made to the National Breast Cancer Foundation in her name.
