Thomas Knier Obituary

Thomas Jacob “TJ” Knier, 33 of Perrysburg, OH, passed away suddenly on Thursday, September 23, 2021 in Cincinnati, OH.  He was born March 21, 1988 in Ft. Worth, Texas.

This world will never be the same, having lost one of the most beautiful souls God has created.

TJ came into this world full of compassion and love, and he left us all wishing we could have had him for a lifetime.  His warmth and zest for life was so abundant, it could be felt even before he entered the room. Touching lives and making a difference through his generous giving and selfless acts are the things that made him happy.  He was the biggest protector, had the largest heart and was extremely intuitive to the needs of others. TJ had a very unique way of always making you feel special. Smart, witty, tireless and unstoppable only begin to describe him. His light was so bright he seemed invincible to all who knew and loved him.

TJ loved nothing more than spending time with his family, countless friends, and those dearest to him. The relationship he had with them was unparalleled. His two nieces, Sophia and Raiya were the light of his life. His love reached new heights when he met Dr. Aric Kuehner. They quickly became inseparable and have spent the last 11 years together.  TJ was so proud to be called Aric’s husband and together they established a company which consists of three dental practices. He was most proud however, of the home he and Aric built together along with their puppies: Dawson, Django and Dasha.  Having won several local talent competitions TJ was in the process of working on his own reality show. Despite his many personal projects, he was always available to offer his time, talent, and resources to any special cause or charity that needed him.

If you were one of the lucky ones who experienced TJ’s insatiable appetite for life and the love he would proudly give; pass this contagious unbridled compassion on to others in his memory.

He is survived by his husband, Dr. Aric Kuehner, Perrysburg, OH; his mother and father, Diana and David Knier, Canton, GA; his sister, Katlynn Knierim and her husband, Nathan and their two children, Sophia and Raiya, Canton, GA; his honorary sister, Candy Cantrell and her husband, David, Austin, Texas; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Timothy and Gayle Kuehner, Cincinnati, OH; brother and sister in law, Andy Kuehner and his wife, Mindy, Minster, OH, Aaron Kuehner and his wife, Katie, Durham, NC,  Ashley Scribner and her husband Curtis, Terrace Park, OH as well as several nieces and nephews; his aunts and uncles, Sindy and Dan Childers, San Antonio, Texas, Rebecca Hartsook and Jason Lindsey Edmonds, WA, Don Knier and his wife, Susan, New Berlinville, PA, Kandi and Jeff Little of Krum, Texas.
