Roger Neal Redding, 66, passed away in his home on July 12, 2023, in Irving, TX. He was born on August 27, 1956, in Cleburne TX. Roger was a loving father, a doting grandfather, and a cherished friend to many.
He is survived by his daughter Tempest and her wife Alicia. He was also a proud grandfather to Briar. In addition, he is survived by his siblings Pamela Henthorne and John Redding, and their families. Roger was cared for in death by his best friend and the mother of his children, Lyndi Redding.
Roger’s family mourns the loss of their dear son, Thorne, who preceded him in death. He is also preceded in death by his parents, John and Faye Redding.
He valued education and received a Bachelor’s Degree from Dallas Baptist University and later a Master’s from Southern Methodist University. Roger retired after decades of service as a project manager from AT&T.
Outside of his professional life, Roger had a passion for painting. He found solace and joy in expressing his creativity through art. Additionally, he cherished spending time with his friends and family, creating lasting memories, and strengthening the bonds of love.
Roger Neal Redding will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. His kind heart, warm smile and contagious laugh will forever be remembered.
