Phyllis went to be with the lord Thursday September 9th, 2021 unexpected.
Phyllis was born in Dallas County; however, she was a traveler at heart and was ready to pick up and hit the road at a moment’s notice.
She worked 25+ yrs for the government at different agencies. She sacrificed for those she loved and was always willing to give the shirt off her back to someone in need no questions asked.
She was a traveler having been to all 50 states. She would jump at the chance of a road trip because she was a free spirit especially after retiring she didn't slow down, she just transitioned into a full time home school teacher for her granddaughter Kaylie. Even joining a co-op and teaching other youngsters.
Phyllis was a scrape artist. Finding art in everything and repurposing things in life. She was a free spirit with a passion for traveling and loved to make her granddaughters wishes come true. Whether it be to milk a cow or road trip to WI to harvest cranberries...She would make it happen for the adventure.
She loved her girls and Kevin. Her snuggle buddy. No matter what she said she about Kevin he was her buddy. Her security. Her protector of the white furry blanket and grandkid with paws.
Phyllis is preceded in death by her parents Jack and Billie Hill. She is
survived by her daughters Emily and Jeni Craver, and granddaughter Kaylie. Her brother David and his wife Mary and their children Nicole and Eric.
