Phoutthalack Pakdimounivong Tharasine, born on March 22, 1949, in Laos, was sent to her eternal home on September 1, 2025, in Grand Prairie, Texas.

Phout (pronounced Put), as she was affectionately known, was a shining light in the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her.  Her journey on this earth was one marked by love, compassion, and unwavering faith in God.  Her passing has left a void in the hearts of her family, friends, and many more whose lives were touched by her.  We ask that you remember her not for her disability and death, but for the way she lived, and for the profound impact she had on the lives of those who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Phout is survived by her loving son, Phetsana Tharasine.  She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, grand nieces, and grand nephews who love her dearly.  Among them are Mollie, Saydara, Kay, Vandy, Manoy, Moukda, Seth, and Paul.  Phout was preceded in death by her Father (Chanebabphah), Mother (Bouakham), Brother (Khampan), and Sisters (BaneYenh and Khampaseuth).

Those who knew Phout will remember her for her infectious smile and her unwavering commitment to spreading love and kindness to everyone she encountered.  She had a rare gift for making others smile and leaving a lasting impact on all who crossed her path.

Although Phout's physical presence may no longer grace our lives, her spirit will continue to inspire and uplift us.  May her memory be a blessing, may we carry forth her legacy of love and compassion in all that we do, and may her light forever shine brightly in our hearts.

Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, September 13, 2025, and cremation will follow.
