Ngoc Nguyen was born to father, Dau Nguyen and mother, Tau Nguyen in Saigon, Vietnam on April 7th, 1966. Ngoc immigrated to the US July 20th, 1982. He had a career in software development where he was the manager of solutions design at DHL. His passion in life was his family and spending time with them traveling.

He leaves behind his wife, Lori Chay Nguyen; His daughter, Cheyanne Nguyen and his son, Tyler Nguyen; his sisters: Ha Nguyen and Hue Nguyen.
