Keith Eggers

Keith Eggers 68, of Euless, Texas passed away peacefully surrounded by those he loved on Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at his residence.  He was born September 5, 1952 at Ainsworth, Nebraska to the late Luther and Elsie Eggers of Johnstown, Nebraska.

Keith graduated from Ainsworth Hight School in 1971.  He married Diane Poulsen July 28, 1973, at Bartlett, Nebraska, born to them two children Kyle Andrew and Kristi Lynn.  Keith worked 29 years for Kiewit Companies, 22 years for Dallas Cowboys Security Companies and his later years for EZ Dock.  Keith took great pride in his work and always gave 100% in any job he did. His greatest joy were his grandkids. He loved spending time with them and loved the cross-country trips with granddaughter Kyler every summer.

Preceding him in death were his son Kyle; his parents, Luther and Elsie Eggers; his sisters, Jo Ann Frier and Carolyn Welty.

Keith is survived by his wife of 47 years, Diane Poulsen Eggers; his daughter, Kristi Eggers; his  granddaughter, Kyler all of Euless; his grandsons, Kaden, Tegan and Zane Eggers; his step-grandsons, Noah and Kamden; his daughter- in-law, Jennifer Eggers, all of Sheridan, Oregon; his brothers, Charles (Leanne) of Neligh, Nebraska and Kenny (Jackie) of Ainsworth, Nebraska; and numerous extended family and friends.

Family will receive visitors from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at Forest Ridge Funeral Home.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
