Jess Edward Smith, 61, passed away Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in North Richland Hills, Texas. He was born on January 8, 1961, in Fort Worth, Texas. He married Lynn Knies on December 23, 1994.

Jess is survived by his Lynn (wife); Lucas, Cheyenne and Mackenzie (grandchildren), Dana Smith (mother), Chris and Frank Lee (sister and brother-in-law), Rosie Knies (mother-in-law), Lisa Michael (sister-in-law) and Loren Knies (brother in-law), Michael Mosher Jr. (son-in-law) and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Jess was preceded in death by Terrin D. Smith (daughter), George Cadillac Smith (father), Jesse Orlo and Norma Miner, and Lowel “Red” and Catherine Smith (grandparents) and many loved ones.

Jess loved his family and friends. Jess was a retired truck driver and a proud member of Teamsters Local 745. Jess enjoyed many travels with family, and he loved the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers no matter the score.
