Frank was born in Ft. Worth on November 23, 1943, to William E. Stewart and Emelyn Fay Matthews. 

He was a proud Boy Scout and graduate of W.E. Boswell High School and Spartan School of Aeronautics.  He honorably served in the Army, and spent his working career at General Dynamics/Lockheed Martin, where he retired after 34 years.  He enjoyed many weekends with his brother and friends fishing, and loved worship at First Presbyterian Church of Fort Worth.

Frank was a loving husband to Gail Moller Stewart, father to Jennifer Stewart Willis, and doting "Boppa" to Olivia Willis, who was (without a doubt) the joy of his life.  It also goes without saying that he adored his son-in-law, David Willis, whom he loved as his own.

Frank joins his parents, his brother Bill, his cousin and best friend Richard, and many others in Heaven, who most surely welcomed him with open arms.
