Brian Charles Gosart

Brian Charles Gosart, 69, of Keller, TX, and formerly of Endicott, N.Y, passed away Sunday, December 25, 2022. Brian was born May 26, 1953, one of 3 children born to the late Edward Gosart and Marietta (Hood). He was predeceased by his mother and father, and his brother, George Gosart in 1988. He is survived by his loving and supportive wife, Catherine Louise Gosart (Carr) of Keller, TX. Also surviving is his brother Robert Gosart of Endwell, NY. Also surviving are his four sons and 3 daughter-in-laws, David Edward Gosart & Shannon Gosart of TX, Michael Charles Gosart & Kim Gosart of WA, Stephen Vincent Gosart & Rebecca Gosart of TX, and Timothy Wesley Gosart of TX, and 10 grandchildren, Dylin Gosart, Autumn Gosart, Braydin Gosart, Daisy Gosart, Devin Gosart, Lucasz Gosart, Grace Matthews, Faith Gosart, Mercy Gosart, and Gideon Gosart.

Brian served in the United States Army in 1977 until 1990, achieving many awards and the rank of Captain. After an Honorable Discharge from the U.S. Army he was employed by the United States Postal Service for 32 years. He was a family man and made many sacrifices to support his family in every aspect. He loved being a father and a grandpa to all his children and grandchildren.  He truly loved fishing and boating with his sons.  He also enjoyed bowling, going to the movies and playing board games with his family. Over the last year and a half his heart was beginning to soften to the words of Jesus, and in the last weeks and days we truly believe he surrendered to Christ and is now celebrating and worshiping our Lord Jesus.  We love you, Dad! 

Funeral services will be held at Forest Ridge Funeral Home, NRH, TX on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at 11:00am. He will have a final resting place in the United States National Cemetery, DFW TX.
