Billy Travis Clark Obituary

Billy Travis Clark, born on January 7, 1949, in Sherman, Texas, passed away on January 30, 2026, at the age of 77 in Grapevine, Texas.
 


A proud veteran, Billy served honorably in the United States Air Force, dedicating two decades of his life serving his country. Following his military career, he worked in retail sales and found joy in bowling and baseball, in particular the Texas Rangers.
 


Billy married his loving wife, Anita, on April 16th,1985 in Reading, England. Billy is survived by Anita, along with his daughters, Michelle and her husband Edward Messick, and Kelly and her husband Brian Flahart. He also leaves behind his sisters, Carolyn McCarley, Bobbie Moore, and Mistine Miller, as well as his brother, Virgil Clark and wife Jan Clark. His grandchildren, Caoilinn Messick, Aubrey Flahart, and Jacob Flahart, will miss their grandfather dearly.

 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bilkin and Rubye Clark, and his sister, Lorena Jo Clark Haines.

 

A memorial service to honor and celebrate Billy's life will be held at Victory Baptist Church in Haltom City on Saturday, February 7th at 1 PM. His life, marked by his commitment to his family, his country, and his hobbies, will be remembered fondly by all who knew him.
