Adriana Araya, 63, longtime resident of Flower Mound, TX, passed away peacefully January 26,2023.

Adriana Araya was born on March 5, 1959 to Juan Felipe Peña and Esperanza Etanislao in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. She went on to study Medical Technology and Biology and graduated from Lamar University in Beaumont Tx.

She married Javier December 20, 1988 and they stayed married for 35 loving years. They had 1 son together, Cristian.

Adriana was actively involved in her community. She was a leader for her pulmonary hypertension group and kept in touch with members far and wide. She attended bible study and was involved with her church RockPointe.

Her legacy will carry on forever reminding us to love wholly and unabashedly.

Adriana was predeceased by her parents, brother Juan Sergio (Pocho) and her sister Berty. She is survived by her husband Javier and their son Cristian, his wife April; sister Matty, her brothers Papi and Keiko, in addition to a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins..

The viewing will be 4-6 Sunday, February 5th at Forest Ridge Funeral Home- Memorial Chapel ,8525 Mid Cities Blvd, North Richland Hills, TX 76182.

Her Celebration of Life will be 10 am Monday, February 6th at RockPointe Church
