Addison David Moffeit, beloved son, dearly adored Bubba, and precious friend to so many, was joyfully received by Jesus on Saturday, May 23rd, 2020. He was born on November 21, 1990 to Robert and Parri Moffeit in Park Ridge, IL.
Addison was a dear friend to so many. Connecting with people and learning their story was Addison’s first priority. Addison was a Special Olympics gold medalist during his 10 year tenure. He enjoyed volunteering weekly at the library. He loved attending church, watching movies and playing with his nephews and nieces, and spending time with his friends and family. We will always remember his laughter, jokes, epic storytelling abilities, and the kind and joyful presence he always carried.
Addison was preceded in death by his wonderful father, Robert David Moffeit, and maternal grandfather, Fred White. He is survived by his loving mother, Parri Kidwell, and husband Darran, sister Lauren Crow and husband Brock, nephews Brave, Barrett, and niece Braylee Love, sister Elisabeth Connell and husband Andrew, grandmother Sherolyn White, and grandparents David and Gail Moffeit, stepbrother Darran Kidwell Jr. and wife Diana, nephew Derick, nieces Alexia and Rosalie, stepbrother Samuel Kidwell, and a host of family members and dear friends Addison loved dearly.
Due to Covid-19 regulations, his family is holding a private viewing and service in his honor. His burial will be at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, cards may be sent to 8409 Bridge Street, N. Richland Hills, TX 76180.
