Aaron Brett Welter Obituary

Aaron Brett Welter born on September 4, 1976, and was sent to rest on September 17, 2025 in Izmir, Turkey.


He is survived by his wife Megan Welter and his two daughters, Katelyn Welter and Emily Welter of Little Rock, Arkansas. 


He is also survived by his parents, Hal and Alice Welter of Fort Worth, Texas; his brother, Shane Welter, his wife Stephanie and niece Abigail of Hurst, Texas; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; numerous other extended family members and loving friends.


Brett was a graduate of Keller High School, Keller, Texas and was employed as an Avionics Electrical Specialist with Columbia Helicopters out of Aurora, Oregon, where he traveled to different countries where his expertise was needed in repairing and/or modifying the electrical systems of helicopters. His last two rotations were in Turkey.


Family and Friends are invited to a Memorial Service on Friday, October 3, 2025, at Forest Ridge Funeral Home, 8525 Mid Cities Blvd, North Richland Hills, Texas 76182. 


His interment will be at 9:00 AM Monday, October 6, 2025 at DFW National Cemetery 2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas TX 75211. Please arrive no later than 8:45 AM in Lane 1. 


A Celebration of Life will be held in his honor at a later date.


Brett will be greatly missed but forever in our hearts.
